I loved working with Laura from start to finish! I had only a rough idea of what I wanted my yard to look like and her expertise helped take me from that rough idea to a beautiful and thoroughly personal space that thrills me everytime I see it. I'm now working on reworking the inside of the house so that I can create more seating spaces that take advantage of the view out to the yard. I refer to Laura as the "birth mother" of my garden!

I just want to take a paragraph or two to rave about Laura and my garden. I have the little garden in West Seattle that appears on the website. I met Laura while she was working on a project at my father's house also in West Seattle. I was immediately struck by her passion for her work and the sheer enthusiasm and sense of fun she brings to the job everyday! I found her so open to work along side my daughters and myself, which gave us a true sense of accomplishment in our new garden. She comes prepared with extensive plant knowledge and great design fundamentals. I felt that I was able to communicate very easily my wants as well as absolute 'no-gos'. From there she translated it all into a very workable design. The whole experience was a blast from start to finish. Almost wish I could move just to do another garden with her!

Laura's love for plants and gardening are captured in the oasis she has created in her garden at home. Her joie de vivre is played out with something waiting to surprise you around every corner. Her color pallete plays like a well rehearsed symphony. One can't help but pause and proceed slowly so as to take it all in. Last but not least I am proud to know her as a talented garden designer and grateful for her friendship and inspiration.
